Lola's Dog-friendly adventures in Clare!

Thinking about travelling to Clare but have no idea where to go?! Don’t worry, Lola shared lovely places she visited during her last staycation and we are here to show them to you.

First stop: Ballyvaughvan!

Monks

According to their website, Monks is the best seafood restaurant in The Atlantic Way. And Lola’s human said they have the best scampi she's ever eaten, so the website is probably right! Dogs are welcome inside.

Ivy Cottage Cafe

In Doolin, you’ll find the Ivy Cottage Cafe. It’s a lovely place, and Lola and her humans had a seat in their outdoor covered area for coffee and cheesecake. ;)

Doolin Ferry

Also in Doolin, you can take a ferry cruise and get a privileged view of the islands around Doolin. Lola was so comfortable on board that she even took a nap! There is also the option of visiting the islands, like Inis Mór, Inis Óirr and Inis Meáin with the same ferry company.

Joe’s Café in Lahinch.

Paws up for this mouthwatering breakfast! They said the place is super dog friendly; they had a seat inside and the staff brought Lola a water bowl for herself.

The Yellow Submarine Pub in Corofin

Dogs are welcome inside, and they could even see some local dogs sniffing around. Lola’s pawrents said the food was surprisingly nice and Lola gave her paws up for the burger ;)

Kilkee Cliffs and Bridges of Ross

Definitely a must-see if you’re around the area. Stunning views and lovely walks with all the natural beauty the place provides. Please, keep your dogs on a leash to avoid incidents.

Keating’s of Kilbaha

Great restaurant to try some fish and chips. Lola had a seat in their outdoor area to enjoy the sunshine, and staff brought her a bowl of water.

I hope these can help you all in your next adventures around Clare. Thank you to Lola’s pawrents for sharing all of this information with us. This shows nothing but how much more fun it is to travel with our beloved furry friends.
